The Problem At Hand
In collaboration with Burns Group NYC, we interpreted and applied URSA’s new visual brand guidelines and competitive marketing strategy to develop a visually stimulating, easily navigable website for their technical users.
The Big Idea
Ursa has many offerings and was in the process of launching a brand new digital platform for total customer access. We had to get to know the user to understand where and how to incorporate all services and solutions to avoid confusion and eliminate any excessive reading or clicks.
How We Did It
In order to get to know Ursa’s unique technical user base, we conducted in-depth user interviews and site prototype observations in order to appropriately map out a desirable user journey on the site.
What We Found
We found Ursa Space’s users wanted the ability to read about specific use cases and solutions for their industry immediately upon accessing the site. Highlighting video and imagery in a reverent way was also valuable to exemplify Ursa’s unique offerings and approach to satellite infrastructure services.
